I first sighted Esther around 2002 on a University of Lagos Registration queue we were both on and instantly, in my gut, I knew there was something about her. She did not do anything special on that queue that day, we did not even speak or become friends until much later but I knew there was something amazing on her inside. I recall that plane crash and knowing that Sokoto was her place of assignment, I called and called her brother to be sure she was fine! Several years later, I wondered when I would really see her take her place of influence. She doesn’t know this, lol. Little did I know that God had a plan. Enjoy this interview and discover what I mean and please register for the The Truth Conference!
I continue my conversation with Timi in Part 2 (Link to watch Part 1 here) where he tells me more about his music and why he has stayed in his unique genre in Nigeria’s Music industry. He also encourages others.
Grand finale, with Busola Dakolo, is up as well.

Adenike Oyetunde is an amazing lady lawyer, media personality and amputee like no other, her heartwarming personality shines through all interactions with her. I was finally able to sit down with her for a very informal chat about her journey. I kept our interview below almost as it was when we chatted; it is a long read but inspiring. Pls Enjoy and kindly leave comments!
The Hallelujah Challenge (like the Tongue challenge) started “innocently” and before mid June, had become a revolution that even its Convener (Nathaniel Bassey) did not envisage. Many hearts were drawn to heartfelt worship of God. But none of it was a surprise to me really. I’d seen his service and heart for God over 12 years ago when I attended at The City of David and UNILAG back in the day. I was privileged to catch up with him at our Song 23 Studios just after he recorded his vocals for the Olowogbogboro Anthem. Enjoy.
I recall that crash, I recall reaching out to her briefly soon after the crash. Since then, she has been on the rise, picking herself and her little girl up daily. Her story inspires me daily and when I reached out to her a about a week ago, little did I know I would be publishing her interview on the 5th anniversary of the crash. Pls read, comment and kindly share. A lotta people need to read and be encouraged.
